  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm water with yeast and let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
  2. Stir in flour, olive oil, and a pinch of salt until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, then place it in an oiled bowl and cover to rise for one hour.
