  • 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the ribeye steak until browned (3-5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
