  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, pineapple juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
