  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. Mix in cheddar cheese until melted, then remove from heat.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about four inches wide. Place one tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each circle.
