  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the room temperature butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully blended.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients without overmixing.
  5. Spread half of the batter into the prepared dish. Dollop marshmallow fluff on top, swirl in peanut butter, layer remaining batter over it, and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
