  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Sriracha, honey, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt to create the glaze.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush generously with the glaze. Reserve some glaze for later.
