  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cubed butternut squash with olive oil, honey, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well coated.
