  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray an oven-safe baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Wash the pears, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds. Arrange cut-side up in the baking dish.
