  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 cups tart apples (like Granny Smith), peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar; press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sugar.
  4. Toss apple slices in cinnamon; layer half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then add apples, followed by remaining cheesecake mixture.
  5. Combine flour, brown sugar, and cold butter until crumbly; sprinkle over cheesecake layers.
  6. Bake for about an hour or until set in the center. Cool before serving.
