Strawberry Pecan Pretzel Salad is a delightful blend of crunchy pretzels and sweet strawberries, creating a perfect harmony of flavors and textures.

  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (toasted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush mini pretzels and mix with melted butter and brown sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip gently until well blended.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
  4. Top with sliced strawberries and chopped pecans.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
