Instructions

  1. Prepare the batter: In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, and 2 eggs. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

  3. Cook the sausages: In another skillet over medium heat, cook sausage links until browned and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
