  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
  3. Place a generous spoonful of Nutella on one half of each square.
  4. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the pastries.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, then let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
