  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 egg (for egg wash) + 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions, then roll out on a floured surface.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
