1 cup canned pumpkin puree
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 egg (for egg wash) + 1 tbsp water
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions, then roll out on a floured surface.
In a mixing bowl, blend pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
