  • 4 oz Brie cheese (sliced)
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg (beaten with 1 tbsp water for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Core and thinly slice the apple; toss in a bowl with honey and cinnamon.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut into four 3-inch squares.
  4. Place a slice of Brie and a few apple slices in the center of each square; fold corners over to create pockets.
  5. Brush the tops with egg wash.
