Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed green tea (2 green tea bags)
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger (finely grated)
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Brew the green tea by steeping the tea bags in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
  2. While the tea brews, peel and grate the fresh ginger.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine brewed tea (remove bags), grated ginger, honey, and lemon juice; mix well.
  4. Gradually sprinkle gelatin over the mixture while stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
  5. Heat the mixture in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until gelatin fully dissolves (about 3 minutes).
  6. Pour into silicone molds or an oiled baking dish; let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours to set.
