  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  3. 3. Divide batter into two bowls; melt chocolate chips and mix with one bowl. Stir matcha powder into the other.
  4. 4. Pour alternating dollops of both batters into the crust and swirl gently with a knife.
  5. 5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off oven and cool for an hour inside.
  6. 6. Chill in the fridge for at least four hours before serving.
