  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 4 cups strawberry ice cream (softened)
  • 12 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools, including an 8-inch round cake pan and spatula.
  2. Arrange ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of the cake pan, pressing them down gently.
  3. Spread half of the chocolate ice cream over the sandwiches and smooth it out evenly.
  4. Repeat with half of the vanilla ice cream, followed by half of the strawberry ice cream.
  5. Freeze for at least four hours until firm.
  6. Once set, remove from pan and top with whipped topping and drizzle chocolate syrup before serving.
