  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares or circles.
  3. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine wilted spinach, feta cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper; mix well.
  5. Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto each pastry piece and fold or seal as desired.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with remaining olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
