  2. Boil the yuca pieces in salted water for about 20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the yuca pieces in batches for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
